Your Role at YES!

  

You will be managing assigned claims including workers’ compensation, general liability, auto liability and property across multiple jurisdictions.  Investigate incidents, review and evaluate coverage and liability.  Secure and analyze necessary information in the investigation of claims as well as develop case strategy for claims in partnership with YES’ insurance carriers.  For claims in litigation, partner with both internal and external resources as warranted to develop and execute effective and cost-efficient litigation management plans.  May attend arbitrations, mediations, depositions or trials as necessary.  Coordinate and manage communication with Operations, Human Resources, claim adjusters, insurance defense attorneys and insurance broker to ensure highest level of customer service.  Produce internal reporting and evaluate reserves to ensure they are set according to best practice guidelines. Prepare Large Loss Reports providing a thorough analysis of liability and damages.  Manage Risk Management Information System to ensure integrity of data and on-going evaluation of future development.

    

To Achieve Success at YES!

  

We are looking for self-motivated and proven self-starter who has a minimum of 6 years of experience handling property and casualty (general liability, workers’ compensation, auto liability) claims.  A combination of the following: experience in a corporate risk management department, an insurance company, a TPA (third-party claim administrator), or insurance brokerage firm strongly preferred. Someone who has strong analytical reporting and computer skills with a high aptitude for MS Office.  This individual must be able to work independently, maintain confidentiality, demonstrate a high level of professionalism, and be willing to travel as needed.
