In this leadership role, you will manage and process bi-weekly payroll for over 1000 employees nationwide. You will be facilitating garnishment implementation, tracking and remittance in compliance with governing agencies. As a member of the HR leadership team, you will also be developing and maintaining payroll policy recommendations, procedures, forms and systems in cooperation with human resources, budget, and all staff. In addition, you will also be compiling and distributing various reports such as bi-weekly payroll and head count reports, performance reviews, benefit information reports, and turnover reports. And should the need arise, the occasional payroll corrections, check research, and systems administration may also be a part of your already busy schedule.

We are looking for a proven leader who can demonstrate competencies in key areas such as problem solving, accuracy, accountability, sense of urgency, and time management. You are someone who has superior communication skills and has recent and solid working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now. We need a professional who not only builds successful teams, but someone who is also able to develop and sustain a positive and collaborative team dynamic. We are an organization whose footprint exists in multiple states, so you need to have a strong understanding of local and regional wage and tax laws. We also need someone who is adept in looking at process improvement initiatives to help guide us as we continue to grow in the next coming years.
