Your Role at YES!

  

This is a true hybrid role where your duties will range from sales administration and support, active training of new team members, and leading the development efforts of the company’s senior sales team, also known as "Sales Council".  On the administration side, you will be working closely with the National Sales and Finance Director in ways to achieve and exceed the annuals sales goals, create and distribute pipeline reports, and develop operational processes that will streamline the sales cycle.  As the lead trainer and developmental mentor for both new and senior sales staff members, you will be instrumental in developing strategic plans to assist regions that may be under-achieving, while continuing to look at ways to enhance and elevate high-performing sales associates through active coaching and engagement.

  

 

  

To Achieve Success at YES!

  

We are looking for an independent self-starter who has a proven track record of successful inside or outside sales.  This role will require a professional individual who possesses excellent inter-personal skills and someone who is comfortable with facilitating training classes for new sales professionals.  You must also be a strong team player and have a solid working foundation and knowledge of basic computer programs including Microsoft Office.  The ideal candidate would need to possess solid analytical and problem-solving skills.  A Bachelor’s degree and some loan processing experience would be highly desired, but not required
