Your Role at YES!
You will be an integral member of the company’s training department, also known as the "EDGE" team. As Training Coordinator, you will be an ambassador of the YES! culture and help create an environment of continuous learning and development. You will be monitoring HR workflows to determine appropriate training needs and track completed courses for new and existing employees. The EDGE team will also be relying on you to maintain and update internal spreadsheets and other tracking systems utilized to keep all records as up to date as possible. This position will be based out of the YES! Communities Denver home office but the occasional travel will be required as you will be facilitating training classes at our field and regional offices.
To Achieve Success at YES!
You would need to be a highly organized, detail-oriented, and extremely motivated self-starter to be successful in this role. We need someone who is an expert in prioritization, re-prioritization, and multi-tasking. Your communications skills will need to be bordering on superior, and you should be able to confidently say that your PC and Microsoft Office skills are intermediate at best, advanced would be great!
