Your Role at YES!


You will be an integral member of the company’s asset management team.  As Development Asset Administrator, you will be the point person in leading all efforts on projects exceeding $100k requiring Asset Management involvement. You will also be tasked with project management duties including tracking capital expenses, managing project budgets, ensuring permit and license compliance in various markets, and maintaining effective communications with various government agencies such as the Dept of Natural Resources, Dept of Environmental Protection, and the Dept of Environmental Quality.  This role will also have some unique tasks such as managing Notice of Violation letters and status of resolution for Private Water Systems, National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System, and lagoons.  And lastly, you will be expected to provide consistent communication to various departments including operations, accounting, and members of the leadership team. Some travel maybe required to perform the duties of this role.

You would need to be a highly organized, detail-oriented, and extremely motivated self-starter to be successful in this role.  We need someone who is an expert in prioritization, re-prioritization, and multi-tasking.  Your communications skills will need to be bordering on superior, and you should be able to confidently say that your PC and Microsoft Office skills are intermediate at best, advanced would be great!  Knowledge and experience within the real estate industry would be great too, but it’s not required.  If you would like to be considered for this exciting opportunity, please apply today!
