Your role at YES!
In this role, you will help Identify, address, and formally document violations within the community involving home inventory, yard maintenance, and common areas, in accordance with both company and municipal/state requirements. You must be able to maintain a high level of professionalism and provide quality customer service in resolving resident complaints and concerns. You will regularly communicate to resident’s the community rules and regulations, as needed. And as part of the team, you will be relied upon to ensure that the working conditions within the office as well as the maintenance group meets all guidelines and expectations throughout the day.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and must be self-motivated, independent and able to work with minimal supervision. You also need to have reliable computer skills including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office software products.
