YES! Communities, owner and operator of residential properties located in seventeen states, headquartered in Denver, is seeking a Capital Project & Lender Coordinator. Continued growth brings us to seek an individual for this new role and be an integral member of the YES! team.  Primary responsibilities include external lender communications and tracking for annual property inspections and managing the new inventory ordering process. Essential Functions:

  
  • Serve as the primary liaison between external lenders and internal departments for lender compliance
  • Manage lender communications for scheduling property inspections, gather necessary documentation and tracking of all inspections, and post inspection reports
    
     
  • Coordinate and manage the new inventory ordering  process including organizing orders, tracking and managing communications  with outside vendors
  •  
  • Maintain communications with our property managers on  all inventory arrivals
  •  
  • Maintain internal company tracking for both property  inspections and new inventory ordering
  •  
  • Prepare monthly operations reports 
  •  
  • Maintain YES! metric definitions and consistency in  use
  •  
  • Maintain effective and professional relationships and  communications
  •  
  • Communicate financial data in reports, narratives and  outlines in an effective manner
  •  
  • Additional duties as assigned by Manager
  •  
  • Occasional travel may be required
  •  
    

Required Skills:

  
     
  • Eye for detail, organization and  accuracy
  •  
  • Excellent communication skills
  •  
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented  and able to coordinate multiple responsibilities
  •  
  • Strong Microsoft Office  proficiency, including Excel and willingness to learn new software  products
  •  
  • Ability to research and report  information
  •  
  • Self-motivated, independent and  able to work with minimal supervision
  •  
  • Maintain confidentiality and be a  team player
  •  
    

Education and Experience:

  
     
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  •  
  • Experience in the operations or  finance field a plus
  •
