Currently we are seeking a Customer Service Representative in the Fayetteville, GA area.  Primary responsibilities are assisting our customers by providing information, resolving service problems or complaints and advising Management as needed to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions:

  • Answer phones and greet customers in a courteous and professional manner
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions as advised by Management
  • Follow community guidelines and terms of leases to provide accurate and valid information
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Keep records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Prepare reporting information and correspondence as directed
  • Create and maintain a positive Community and a safe work environment
  • Complete all work in a timely manner, without sacrificing quality
  • Maintain professional behavior which does not interfere with the individual’s work, the work of another Team Member, or the quality of life for Community Residents

Required Skills:

  • Spanish bilingual candidate preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must be self-motivated, independent and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Computer Skills including Microsoft Office software products

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience a plus
